WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1 dash sugar/low-calorie sweetener
  • whipped cream
  • tall coffee mug
  • spoon
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg (to garnish; optional)

HOW-TO:

  1. In tall coffee mug, combine whiskey, coffee, and sugar. Stir ingredients.Fill coffee mug up about 3/4 of the way with hot coffee, then add in desired amount of sugar/Splenda. Stir to combine.
  2. Top with whipped cream and dash of ground nutmeg on top of whipped cream. Serve immediately.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1 cup Irish cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Luck Charm’s cereal
  • vanilla frosting

HOW-TO:

  1. Take 1 cup of milk and pour 1/2 cup of cereal into it. Let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to infuse flavor. Then strain through fine mesh strainer into pitcher. Set cereal aside.
  2. Add Irish cream into pitcher with milk, and stir to combine.

  • 1.5 oz coffee liqueur

HOW-TO:

  1. Pour whiskey, Irish cream, Frangelico, and coffee liquer into tall coffee mug, then fill remainder with hot coffee, stopping just below the rim.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Irish cream

HOW-TO:

  1. Pour coffee liqueur into shot glass, then take a spoon and flip upside down and place on edge of glass.
  2. Pour Irish cream over spoon to float on top of coffee liqueur.

11. Shamrock Sour



WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice (made from squeezing juice out of lemons into separate glass)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice (made from squeezing juice out of limes into separate glass)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (directions below)
  • 2 drops green food coloring
  • 1 dessert cherry
  • pint glass
  • ice
  • cocktail shaker + strainer

SIMPLE SYRUP DIRECTIONS*:

*This should be chilled in fridge for at least an hour before it’s used in cocktail. It can also be made the night before and stored in fridge, covered, for 2-3 days.

  1. Pour 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water into a pot.
    1. Note: substitute Splenda for a healthier option.
  2. Bring to a boil on stovetop, stirring frequently.
  3. Once sugar has dissolved completely, remove pot from hot burner and turn off stove. Let mixture cool completely.
    1. Note: if simple syrup seems thin and watery, add in a tiny bit more sugar; repeat if needed until mixture is thicker.
  4. Pour into glass, cover, and store in fridge for at least an hour.

HOW-TO:

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, then add in bourbon, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and food coloring. Cover and shake well—cocktail shaker should be cold to the touch.
  2. Pour ingredients from cocktail shaker into pint glass, and garnish with a cherry in drink.

12. Green Apple Sangria



WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2 oz moscato
  • 1 oz apple schnapps
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz peachtree liqueur
  • 2 oz orange juice

  • 2-4 apple slices
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 dessert cherry

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, then add in white wine, apple schnapps, brandy, peachtree liqueur, and orange juice. Cover and shake well—cocktail shaker should be cold to the touch.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1 oz whiskey
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (see above for directions)
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice (made from squeezing juice out of limes into separate glass)
  • 3 oz soda water
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 2 lime wedges
  • muddler (substitute back of fork)
  • pint glass
  • ice
  • cocktail shaker + strainer
  • 1 sprig of mint

HOW-TO:

  1. Place mint leaves, simple syrup, and 1 lime wedge, into pint glass. Muddle ingredients together well, then fill pint glass up with ice, and add in whiskey and fresh lime juice, then transfer ingredients from pint glass into cocktail shaker.
  2. Cover cocktail shaker and shaker well—cocktail shaker should be cold to the touch.
  3. Pour ingredients from cocktail shaker into pint glass, then top with soda water and add ice if necessary.
  4. Garnish with lime wedge on rim and sprig of mint in drink.
