WHY I’m loving it:

When I bought my first blush, I knew I needed to get a blush brush to apply it. I found this brush on Amazon, and it had decent reviews so I figured I’d give it a try. I’m not going to lie, I was a little disappointed with it at first; I felt like it barely picked up any color. Instead of using it for blush, I started using it to wipe away baking powder underneath my eyes and around my nose and mouth.

But a couple of weeks ago I was playing around with makeup, trying a new face makeup routine, and my normal blush brush had already been previously dipped in a pinky shimmer blush, and with the look I was going for I wanted to do a peachy matte blush shade. Having stopped the process of sweeping away baking powder under my eyes and around my nose and mouth a few months ago and not wanting to dip my normal blush brush into the one I was using, I picked up this one, figuring it would get the job done. I don’t know what happened, but I was blown away by how well this brush applied my blush! Not to mention, the bristles are so soft and felt amazing against my skin—no tugging, rubbing, or anything!

What I really like about this brush is the affordable price point. The fact that it won’t break your bank and is versatile (can be used for blush and sweeping away powder) is also a plus. Another thing I love about this brush is the handle; it’s so long, and there’s a groove that your thumb or index finger can fit into nicely. Did I mention that the bristles are super soft?! This is definitely a good buy for those wanting to get better at budgeting this year, and those who may be on a tighter budget since some post-holiday spending.
