Cocktail Recipes: Sour Strips Slushy

Cocktail Recipes: Sour Strips Slushy

As a former bartender, I consider myself pretty adept at mixology. So when my boyfriend was munching on Sour Strips the other day, he looked at me and said: “These would be really good in a drink.” Of course, with it being summer and all, the idea came to me: I could create a Sour Strips Slushy. And thus, I decided to infuse vodka with Sour Strips.

I crafted two versions of this drink: a slightly sour and a very sour mix. Because let’s face it: If if there’s one thing people can agree on, it’s that candy is never a bad idea—and an alcoholic beverage made from *actual* sour candy-infused vodka? Even better. The best thing about this cocktail is that you don’t have to be a sour candy lover to enjoy it, nor do you have to be a master mixologist in order to make it correctly.

With that being said, grab your Sour Strips and supplies, and get ready to sip on this tasty cocktail. Spoiler alert: You won’t be disappointed.
