My thoughts on Aula:
Total disclaimer: I was especially excited to try this one. I have permanent neck and shoulder injuries from a previous car accident (I was rear-ended by a drunk driver) and try to sleep on my back as much as possible. However, I’ve been sleeping on my side for years, and some days, the habit’s harder to break than others. But I was confident that this pillow would help break the cycle.
Upon first impression, I was very happy with the look of it. Despite the fact that my head weighs under 9 lbs (the average human head weighs 11 lbs), I need my pillow to be firm and supportive. And with my head being so light, I was a bit skeptical as to whether or not the head supports on either side of my face would actually work.
However, all of my suspicions went away the second I put my head on the Aula. My tiny head did, in fact, bring the head supports in towards me and kept my neck in a neutral position all night long. Likewise, getting into a comfortable position that didn’t pull or press my skin every which way was was easier than ever. After sleeping on the Aula, I woke up feeling well-rested and energized, and my skin felt dewy and plump.

My thoughts on Omnia:
The pillow I usually sleep on is very dense and large, so I was slightly dismayed when I pulled this one out of the box. It’s so much smaller than my regular pillow, and I wasn’t sure what to think. A million questions ran through my mind: How am I going to sleep on this? Will it be comfortable? Am I going to like it? Right away, I added the extra memory foam layer that came with it to increase my Omnia’s height, which eased some of my worries; it no longer looked so miniature, which gave me the confidence to test it out as planned.
That said, even with the added foam layer, the Omnia is still flatter than my regular pillow. Unsurprisingly, this made finding and getting into a comfortable position a bit challenging at first. I struggled the first night and was ready to throw in the towel. But when I remembered the anti-aging benefits, I moved forward. And after a few days, getting into a comfortable position became easier. I was able to fall asleep faster and do so on my side.
I don’t deal with a lot of morning puffiness (it’s just genetic), but I did notice that my skin looked brighter in the A.M. And since I haven’t changed my skincare routine, I knew this was the Omnia making good on its promise for better beauty rest.

Honestly, both of these pillows are a win in the anti-aging department. They’ll ward off signs of aging and save you money in the long run.
